All orders qualify for FREE FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL insured shipping safely, securely and to your door. No added costs and free returns.

FedEx Ground shipping is included on all orders. We also offer Fedex Express 3-day, 2-Day, and overnight shipping (after the order has been processed).
Because most of our jewelry is made to order, orders are shipped within 5-21 business days depending on the item purchased. This time is required for our jewelers/designers to create the casting, polish, size jewelry if required, and set gemstones.
Your special occasions such as an engagement, wedding and anniversary are important to us. We do our best to accommodate our customers, If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please let us know or request it during checkout. Email us at support@bashfordjewelry.com. The manufacturing of some jewelry is of an intricate nature that cannot be rushed.
Orders sent to Post Office boxes and APO boxes will need to be shipped via USPS Priority Service. We can only ship to post office boxes if it is also the credit card billing address. Otherwise we will need to ship to a physical address via Fedex.
All international shipping is free. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties. Military personnel located overseas may also have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge. Please keep in mind, however, that APO/FPO shipments are done through the US Postal Service and can take up to three weeks to arrive.


Return Policy

At Bashford Jewelry, we are dedicated to delivering exquisite fine jewelry and quality craftsmanship. We stand behind our products and delivering a risk-free purchase shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or it was not what you had ordered, we offer a 10-day full exchange or refund policy to keep our customers satisfied.

Unfortunately, there are certain conditions under which we cannot refund or exchange an item. No refunds will be issued for:
  • Special orders, custom designs, or modified jewelry
  • Ring Builder® or pre-designed jewelry that has been resized
  • Items that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise altered
  • Jewelry showing signs of alteration by a jeweler other than Bashford
  • Items showing obvious signs of wear
  • Damaged items that are not as a result of manufacturing defects
  • Items that have been previously exchanged
  • Items bought on sale
Please also note that:
  • Changes to orders currently in progress will void the return and exchange, and complimentary resize policies.
  • For orders shipped outside the USA, we cannot offer free returns or free ring resizing due to possible taxes being imposed. If you are outside these areas, please contact us at support@bashfordjewelry.com to discuss arrangements for your returns.
To begin the processing of your return you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase and all documentation that came with the shipment.

Once the item has been received, inspected to ensure that it meets the requirements for a refundable item, and verified that a refund is due, the refund will be made via the original method of payment. We will either release the credit card authorization or refund the wire transfer.

Bashford Jewelry is not responsible for any currency conversion differences or transaction costs for the processing of your refunds.
While the jewelry is in your possession, you are fully responsible for it. Below is the process to return your item for a full refund, credit exchange or complimentary ring re-sizing:
  • Contact us at support@bashfordjewelry.com before you ship any jewelry to us so that we can arrange a shipping label. We will email the return label to you for you to print and affix to your return shipment.
  • The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and include all the original boxes, certifications, appraisals and any other documentation that came with it. (For ring re-sizing you do not return the certifications and appraisals).
  • The item(s) must be packed safely and securely by double-boxing. Put the ring/jewelry in the original ring/jewelry box. Place the original ring/jewelry box inside the FedEx Overnight box with padding, Then place this small FedEx box inside a medium UPS Overnight box and seal it.
  • The prepaid FedEx label should be affixed to the outside of the medium UPS box and the box dropped off at any FedEx location.
  • Ensure that you get a FedEx receipt as confirmation that your item has been shipped to us. This receipt will act as your proof of insurance.
(Shipping costs that do not follow these guidelines are non-refundable. Please contact Bashford Jewelry prior to returning items for your shipping label. We will not be liable to reimburse you for any unauthorized shipping expenses.)
We will only exchange items if there are manufacturer defects to the items. For exchanges please contact us at support@bashfordjewelry.com.
All purchases of sale items are final. Items bought on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
You have 10 days following the date of shipment or the original date of shipment if you have chosen to delay shipment, within which to submit a request for a refund. If you have made a special request for a later delivery date, then our 10-day exchange/return period will begin on the date that your order was first available to ship.

Once a returned item passes our quality inspection and is fully processed for a refund, it typically takes 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account. This time frame begins once we send you an email confirming we have received your package and it is returned to our inventory.
Bashford documents and photographs each ring/jewelry before it is shipped to our customers. It is packed with the utmost care to ensure a safe, damage-free delivery. If there is any damage to your ring when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
As part of our services and dedication to our customers, we offer a one-time free ring resizing to our customers.
  • This free ring sizing does not include engraved rings which carry a resize fee.
  • Resizing of rings and eternity necklaces are subject to a price update based on the price of the new ring or necklace size.
  • Ring resizing beyond the first complimentary resize will be charged.
  • The use of a third party to resize your ring or other jewelry will void the warranty with Bashford Jewelry.
Apart from the repairs covered under our warranty, Bashford Jewelry offers comprehensive jewelry repair services for items bought from our online store.

If your jewelry is repaired or maintained by any other jeweler than Bashford, we will not be able to maintain the warranty on your jewelry.
As part of our dedication to customer service, we offer a one-year complimentary care service for your purchase. This includes a one-time free resizing and maintenance. We will also replace lost stones within the first year free of charge provided that it is not the center stone.

After the first year, we offer a discounted care and maintenance rate for our customers.
Bashford Jewelry has a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes coverage for loss of precious stones, theft, loss, wear and tear, neglect, and physical or accidental abuse or damage.

The warranty is voided if someone other than a Bashford jeweler performs any form of repairs, cleaning, or care to the jewelry.

We encourage you to purchase insurance to cover theft, loss, or damage of your jewelry.
